Subject: A Happy KFlop Convert
I just spent the last two days, all day, in the shop making chips with my KFlop. I made 75 parts, and it never once so much as hiccuped! After years of unending frustration with Mach3 doing random, irrational things (like spontaneously changing fixture offsets mid-program!), this was a real treat! Running the machine might just become fun again!

KFlop has given me the one thing I was most hoping it would: consistency, and repeatability. And my controller app also performed flawlessly the whole time.

Regards,
Ray L.

Glad to hear that Ray. Ive read the problems you've had over the past few years and hoped you would get things stable. Good to hear.

Troy,

Yes, it's a very welcome change. Even though two days of good behavior should not be remarkable, with Mach3 it was very rare I'd get through a single day without some kind of problem. I was actually comfortable enough yesterday to leave the machine running while I went back in the house to tend to other things. I would NEVER have done that before!

Now if I can just resolve my jogging problem....

Regards,
Ray L.
